Job Summary

CN Customer Solutions & Innovation Engineering is looking for a talented Manager of Engineering Delivery to lead the strategic delivery of supply chain logistics products.

Your mission is to coordinate engineering activities for product portfolio delivery using SAFe/Scrum planning, ensuring the functionality and reliability of complex distributed systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into project delivery plans.
  • Build agile delivery PODs with skilled individuals.
  • Drive project execution and quality through regular engineering reviews.
  • Manage direct reports, define goals, oversee career development, and more.
  • Ensure staff augmentation partners deliver top talent resources on time.
  • Achieve and track financial objectives.
  • Set clear practice improvement goals and drive their implementation.
  • Promote the adoption of Agility and Engineering best practices.
  • Identify emerging technologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, leadership, and IT project management.
  • At least 3 years leading IT product deliveries using Agile/Scrum/SAFe.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
