Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Club Lounge Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, and safety of guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies as needed.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly to ensure seamless service.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Complete opening and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation of the club lounge.
  • Requisition all necessary supplies and transport them from the storeroom to the bar set-up area as required.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook to track service and maintenance activities.
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
