About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant, including sales, profits, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and achieve targets for sales and profit in the restaurant
- Manage key variable costs of food, labour, and other controllables
- Ensure strict adherence to cash control policies and procedures
- Manage variable and fixed restaurant costs, including equipment maintenance
- Develop and maintain a strong working climate with the restaurant team
- Develop a high performing team through effective processes of recruitment, selection, training, delegation, coaching, and performance management
- 3 years of management experience and a degree in business or hospitality, or an equivalent combination
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives
- High level of numeracy, oral and written communication ability, and ability to use technology
