Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
- Merchandising and Stocking
- Process and stock all fashion merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep the sales floor area clean and tidy for customers.
- Merchandise non-modular fashion items to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Store Maintenance
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure displays and fixtures are secure and properly maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We OfferAs a Fashion Merchandising Associate at Walmart Canada, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, develop your skills and knowledge in retail sales and customer service, and enjoy a competitive rate of pay starting at $17.55 per hour.
