Job TitleSales, Key Account Manager - Personal Health (Hybrid, Remote-Based)Job DescriptionThe Key Account Manger develops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts.

Your role:

  • Creates & presents solutions to problems to key stakeholders within the customers organization and identify areas of sales opportunities and growth within the account
  • Accountable for achieving sales volume target and customer trade spend management
  • Develops and owns strategies for account that will achieve business growth targets
  • Works with Team Lead to develop overall sales plan, accurately forecasting possible deals for the year and ensures order volume and revenue targets are met
  • Coordinates all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives that could include Marketing, Category Management, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Trade Marketing

You're the right fit if:

  • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry
  • Experience selling into both Retailers and Distributors is an asset
  • Experience in building and executing channel strategy
  • University degree, BBA / Commerce preferred
  • Ability to leverage POS and Nielsen/Circana data to develop action steps
  • Proven track record of success in sales and trade spend management

Total On-Target Earning (composed of base + target incentive) from 85% to 120% performance achievement of Target Incentive is $77,000 to $110,000. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. On Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA/PSA/RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
