About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Evening Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at AROW Global Corp.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of production employees, promoting a safety culture, and driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production employees to achieve production targets and customer demands.
  • Promote a safety culture by enforcing policies, conducting regular inspections, and addressing safety incidents promptly.
  • Monitor production schedules and metrics, adjusting workflows to meet targets and customer demands.
  • Champion LEAN initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to develop production plans and schedules.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities and a knack for solving complex challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of Syteline, IFS, or similar ERP software is a plus.
