- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Compile and prepare various production reports.
- Suggest improvements to boost productivity and enhance product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of team members.
- Develop methods to achieve work schedules and coordinate tasks with other departments.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
Experience RequirementsApplicants should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
