  • Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms and complete necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to address technical issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or hospitality.
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
