We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Self-Checkout Attendant to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the use of self-service options, including educating them on the correct and efficient use of these systems.
  • Promote company-sponsored programs, such as credit card services and charity initiatives, to customers as applicable.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
