**Job Summary:**
Seeking experienced credit underwriter to manage risks and develop client solutions for Mid-Market commercial clients in a hybrid work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Credit underwriting: Partner with sales teams to support the branch through effective and timely credit underwriting for new and existing borrowing clients.
* Risk management: Use knowledge of credit policies and arrangements to apply risk mitigation skills and ensure appropriate measures are put into place.
* Client experience: Connect with clients daily and provide critical retention touch points for high-value clients.
* Play-to-win mentorship: Lead with intention and conviction, establish a psychologically safe and positive work environment, and champion change and collaboration.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields (or equivalent experience)
* 6 years of experience in risk management, banking, business lending, and commercial credit underwriting
* Direct leadership and coaching experience
