We are currently looking to hire a responsible candidate who is looking to excel their security experience in the manufacturing industry
Position Details:
Monday to Friday:Experience and Qualifications:
Valid Security Guard Licence Valid First Aid / CPR certificate Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time Strong communication skills, written and verbal Ability to complete daily logs and write detailed reports Basic computer skills Must have your own transportation to and from work locationDuties and Responsibilities:
Managing all inbound and outbound logs manually and digitally of production delivers onsite Coordinating C-TPAT inspections and directing inbound carriers to designated locations Assigning high security seals for international trailers and managing inventory of seals Sorting and organizing outbound paperwork and updating trailer readiness as outbound paperwork is printed to trailer control office Communicating with production teams when paperwork is not available for trailers in outbound yard Monitoring security cameras to ensure trailers are in the appropriate areas Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and reporting any equipment not functioning as required; computers, cameras, gate operation, etc.What's in it for you:
