Our client, a leading shipping company for high value goods and technology, is looking for a Floor Clerk to join their team in Montreal, in the Ville Saint-Laurent sector.
Responsibilities- Unpacking and packing photocopiers
- Perform general warehousing tasks assigned by management such as: order preparation, unloading, loading, receiving, repacking, shipping, etc.
- Load the carton into the compactor
- Loads the drain container
- Attaching goods to pallets
- Receive/load trucks (with supervisor approval) concerning warehouse work
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Maintain an organized and clean environment.
- 1 year warehouse or related experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (an asset)
- CSA approved safety shoes
- Experience with radio frequency (RF) equipment
- Ability to concentrate, organize and manage priorities
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Dedicated to providing superior customer service
- Ability to lift loads of 50 lbs.
- Competitive salary of $18 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- Opportunity to become permanent after 3 months
