As a Directs Store Delivery Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers by coordinating and processing merchandise for delivery to the salesfloor.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure high-ticket merchandise in a designated location.
- Process direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
- Train other DSD Associates on receiving area processes.
- Maintain a clean receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTR's for shipment.
- Follow safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, and ladders.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve problems and discrepancies.
- Safeguard backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines.
- Ensure cold chain compliance and document necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log.
