We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who can provide their service as a Lab Technician. A strong candidate must possess excellent communication skills, compassion, and empathy and is also firmly driven to deliver the highest level of patient care and wellbeing.

Job Duties and Responsibility:
  • Perform various laboratory tests and analyses and other relevant diagnostic procedures..
  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of laboratory testing procedures by adhering to strict quality control measures and protocols..
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of laboratory test results and patient information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems or other designated platforms.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and standards governing laboratory practices, including those set forth by regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the health center to coordinate patient care and treatment plans based on laboratory findings.
  • Stay informed about advancements in laboratory technology, fertility treatments, and health issues through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Interact with patients as needed to collect samples, provide instructions for sample collection, and address any questions or concerns related to laboratory testing procedures.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of exposure to hazardous materials and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Be willing to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to other aspects of clinic operations as needed to support the overall goals and mission of the health center.

Skills Required:

  • Must be certified in Phlebotomy.
  • Must be able to to use Hormonal Assay test machines
  • Must be able to conduct a Semen Analysis test.
  • Prior experience in the same industry (preferred)
