About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AZ Truck Driver to join our team at Tim Hortons Distribution. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products to our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a tractor-trailer unit to deliver products to approximately 1500 Tim Hortons restaurants, utilizing a variety of trailer sizes to meet delivery demands and constraints.
  • Product Handling: Offload products using a powered tailgate and powered driver walkie, and verify order accuracy to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to restaurant employees, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and complete all necessary regulatory and company documentation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with transportation supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Valid AZ driver's license and at least 1 year of experience operating AZ vehicles, clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, proven track record of reliability and safety, and ability to work in various weather and road conditions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Lift truck experience, B-Train experience, and flexibility to work days or nights.
