Job Title: Truck Driver

Mittson Carrier is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and condition
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance and perform preventive maintenance
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay information as needed
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Flexibility, organized, team player, hardworking, and patient
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the hours of work are 40 to 60 hours per week.
