As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you're a collaborative leader with a passion for the client experience and your team members. You'll flex your strong leadership skills, customer service expertise and general insurance knowledge to fulfill our clients' needs.

Share your expertise and knowledge while you inspire, coach and support team members Uncover clients' business challenges, acting as a client advocate by identifying their needs and providing coverage recommendations Foster new business opportunities and actively manage a book of business while meeting sales targets Demonstrate quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction Collaborate with co-workers and managers to develop positive and effective office procedures Be a member of our inclusive culture, alongside an extraordinarily talented community of people with a wide variety of backgrounds.
