Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean all areas of the production facility, including walls, floors, doors, and equipment in sterile and non-sterile environments.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure kitchen, washrooms, employee change rooms, and showers are clean and tidy, and that cleaning tools and equipment are in good working order.
- Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow all sanitation SOPs and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Team Support: Assist in the training of new hires and advise colleagues on proper cleaning techniques.
- Cleaning Experience: Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Productivity and Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while maintaining exceptional results and attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in tight spaces and lift heavy equipment.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to the facility.
- Criminal Background Check and Credit Check: Must be willing to provide a criminal background check and credit check.
