About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed Sales Operations Specialist to support our Global Sales Team(s) in ensuring they are set up for success and following an effective Sales Process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Sales Pipeline Accuracy and assist with Sales Onboarding & Training
  • Audit Closed-Won Orders and Review CRM Data Integrity
  • Work with the sales Operations team to complete ad-hoc projects and document processes
  • Liaise heavily with Business Unit Leaders and Key Stakeholders from Finance, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
Requirements
  • College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce Administrators Credentials (Asset)
  • 2-5 Years in a Sales Supporting Role
  • Experience with a CRM Tool, preferably
  • Experience with cleaning and organizing data in Excel
  • Bilingualism (Asset)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Accountability for actions and results can work with strict deadlines
  • CRM Tool Experience, Subject matter expertise in Traditional Sales Processes and procedures
  • Excellent at Relationship Building, a Team Player
