True North HR Consulting is a leading provider of comprehensive HR services, specializing in organizational design, human capital, and HR processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analyses of client compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking against industry standards
  • Supporting the development of compensation structures, pay bands, and incentive programs
  • Advising clients on the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Consultant to implement recognition and reward programs
  • Preparing client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and communication materials
  • Staying updated on basic trends in total rewards and assisting in research to support client projects
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role, with a solid understanding of Total Rewards
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in an HR consulting environment
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data collection and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist with client projects efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn and grow
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to professional growth and client service
  • Some experience with pay equity, compensation principles, practices, and trends, including executive compensation would be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with LTIP, STIP, executive compensation and job architecture
  • A "Do What it Takes" attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure and uphold integrity and confidentiality
