Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy in picking, packing, and dispensing online orders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  3. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
