Biomanufacturing Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Biomanufacturing Specialist to join our team at Resilience. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our biomanufactured products.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate equipment, including cappers and blister sealers, to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
- Conduct visual inspections of filled vials and syringes to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Prepare and sterilize components and manufacturing equipment using autoclaves, vial washers, and depyrogenation ovens.
- Document and record all necessary information and data as per SOPs and cGMPs.
- Perform all duties according to SOPs and cGMPs, and all other established Health & Safety standards.
- Clean aseptic manufacturing areas and suites as per established procedures.
- Notify supervisors of any manufacturing issues or deviations from quality standards.
- Experience in GMP environments.
- Secondary school diploma with two years of relevant experience.
- Mathematical ability, including decimals, addition, subtraction, and problem-solving.
