Job Summary

A career at Resilience offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the biomanufacturing revolution. As a Maintenance and Calibration Technician IV, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex fabrication, installation, operation, maintenance, calibration, and monitoring of plant, laboratory, and production equipment and controls.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot a wide range of GMP and non-GMP production and facilities equipment, including clean in place, purified water, water for injection, clean steam, waste neutralization, and more.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to SOPs, GMP, and Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Perform daily operational checks, including maintenance, repair, lubrication, inspection, cleaning, and testing of equipment.
  • Monitor and respond to system failures, alarms, and abnormal site conditions, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Use diagnostic tools and standard equipment to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions.
  • Document work performed accurately and legibly on work order reports.
Requirements
  • Instrumentation and Control Technician (447A) certification.
  • Experience with instrumentation on process equipment and utility equipment.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Positive and flexible attitude, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial Electrician (442A) certification.
  • High School plus some formal technical education and trade Certificate of Qualification or Technologist diploma at community college level.
  • Experience with FDA or other regulatory agency audits.
  • Experience with bio-pharmaceutical equipment.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment.

This position may require a flexible work schedule, including shift work and weekends, to support operating schedules, facility requirements, and emergency situations.
