Reporting to the Director of Corporate Procurement, the Manager Fieldglass Office is accountable for leading the sustainment of the Ariba Fieldglass system and sustaining the contingent workforce's best practices and standards. This position is also responsible for developing and enhancing the Fieldglass Office's overall effectiveness and efficiency.

What you will do:

• Drive strategy development and identification of short, medium, and long-term direction for the Fieldglass Office
• Improve Ariba Fieldglass Office's overall effectiveness and efficiency
• Work to drive Continuous optimization and utilization of the Ariba Fieldglass tool throughout Nutrien's Business Units alongside Procurement Systems and Governance Technical team
• Perform periodic training sessions on Fieldglass business systems tools and enhancements and new business practices and processes
• Perform periodic audits to assess compliance with Fieldglass best practices
• Stewardship of the Key Performance Indicators for the Fieldglass Office
• Key contact strategic matters and acts as an escalation point for complex and sensitive issues within the Fieldglass Office
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to impact and guide the change through the future implementation and ongoing sustainment of Fieldglass
• Work with the Procurement Governance team to perform periodic audits as required
• Providing leadership and coaching, including directing day-to-day activities, establishing goals, and managing performance to direct report(s).
• Partner with the Procurement Systems & Governance technical team to ensure optimization and full utilization of the SAP Fieldglass tool

What you will bring:

• Bachelor of Business, Supply Chain Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain administration
• Expert understanding of ERP business systems as well as SAP Fieldglass and/or other VMS tools
• Strong leadership and change management experience
• Strong multi-stakeholder communication and training skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences, including senior leadership
• Ability to develop partnerships and establish trust and credibility across all levels
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills to set a clear direction
