ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, for our client in Coquiltam you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Your primary responsibilities will include receiving products inside the warehouse facility and maintaining accurate inventory records.You will be responsible for the put away of incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are stored correctly and efficiently.
A significant part of your role as a Warehouse Associate will involve handling air freight, with boxes weighing between 20lb-50lbs.
This requires a good level of physical fitness as you will be actively involved in lifting and moving these boxes.
Approximately 50% of your shift will involve heavy lifting, so being comfortable with physical activity is essential.In addition to these tasks, you will be required to walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
Qualifications
Comfort with being physically active and able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
Comfortable working in receiving, packaging, and sorting.
Availability for all shifts.
Previous General labour experience an asset
