Refrigerative Supply Limited is a reputable company in the HVAC and Refrigeration industry and is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials.

You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting shipments, organizing warehouse space, and picking and packing orders for shipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to a successful and growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Prepare and complete order forms and paperwork.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a safe manner.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
