**Team Lead Role Summary:** Lead a sales team to exceed goals, model desired behaviors, and promote a positive in-store experience.

The Team Lead is responsible for linking the leadership team and sales associates by assisting in operational functions and motivating the team to achieve exceptional results. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides support and coverage in their absence, modeling desired behaviors and promoting a positive in-store experience.

To be successful, you'll need to possess:

  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus;
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and be viewed as a leader among peers;
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports;
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience;
  • Ability to collaborate with others and be self-motivated;
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

  • Contributing ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store;
  • Assisting store management in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings;
  • Coaching associates on customer service fundamentals and providing positive feedback;
  • Assisting in resolving customer service matters;
  • Overseeing and delegating tasks to the team to maximize efficiency of store operations;
  • Communicating individual and/or team performance feedback to store management;
  • Ensuring the team receives scheduled breaks and/or meal periods;
  • Creating an open outward communication on the sales floor;
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Performing opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.

**Compensation:** Our Team Lead base pay ranges from $17.45-$22.68/hour, depending on location and level of experience.
