As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Amazon Key service among our largest and most strategic enterprise customers.

Amazon Key enables secure, keyless access to homes for package deliveries, home services, and anywhere Key for Business technology is installed.

In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management to manage top customer relationships and serve as an escalation path for customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, including top multifamily owner operators, property managers, and large organizations.
  • Collaborating with customer stakeholders to understand delivery and access control needs and positioning Amazon Key as the premier solution.
  • Architecting comprehensive Amazon Key programs tailored to each customer's requirements, including integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Driving the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for enterprise customers, providing exceptional client service and support.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint within accounts.
About the Team

Amazon Key for Business is the multi-unit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team, enabling 1-Click access to Amazon logistics' delivery drivers to customers' doorsteps, improving the bottom line of last-mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

The Enterprise Account Management team develops and maintains the largest multi-family real estate accounts in the US, driving customer obsession and revenue opportunities for both customers and Amazon.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
