The Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a Pre-sales Solutions Architect to join our highly successful Professional Services team. This role is pivotal in engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs, crafting tailored solutions that leverage our vast portfolio of DevOps, AI, and ML tools and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
  • Design and propose solutions that meet client needs, utilizing iTMethods' portfolio of services and tools.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during sales engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solution's value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of iTMethods services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, AI/ML tools, and infrastructure management to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) and Proposal Change Request (PCR) creation and ownership collaborating with our consulting and engineering SMEs.
  • Participate in responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal documents.
  • Provide feedback to product and service development teams based on client interactions and market trends.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales/solutions architect role within the technology sector, preferably with a focus on Cloud, DevOps and AI/ML tools and services.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development practices, DevOps methodologies, and current AI/ML technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing deals in a technical sales environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, consulting, and engineering.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • While this position is remote, candidates are required to be based in the GTHA.
