About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Representative to join our team at Molson Coors Brewing Company. As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing partnerships with some of Canada's top sports properties, including the NHL and Toronto Raptors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management: Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop and execute partnership strategies with key stakeholders.
  • Brand Marketing: Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver strategic consumer-focused branding and experiences for Molson Coors Canada's iconic brands.
  • Customer Solutions: Provide solutions to commercial partners across all divisions of the business, including On-Premise and Retail, to optimize partnership marketing and deliver on business objectives.
  • Execution of Promotions and Programs: Support the setup and execution of experiential activations.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with consumers, customers, and members within your community.
Requirements
  • You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree in a Sports Marketing, Business, or related program.
  • You have a general understanding of the Sports industry in Canada.
  • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends.
  • You have a valid driver's license with no limitations/restrictions.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You take accountability for results - acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
