Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, operating, and constructing pharmaceutical facilities, industrial processes, and chemical plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of process designs and systems for construction projects.
  • Prepare process flow and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineering, and construction teams to integrate process engineering solutions into the design.
  • Compile information for client presentations, shop drawings review, and contract administration.
  • Assist with the development of project scope, budget, and schedule for all process-related work.
  • Provide onsite construction start-up and commissioning support and perform onsite audits and surveys of facilities and equipment.
  • Work with clients, vendors, and suppliers to develop cost estimates and proposals.
  • Manage equipment procurement and prepare bid evaluation.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear and concise updates on technical progress and addressing any concerns related to process engineering.
  • Research processing engineering best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineering Designation: A P.Eng or equivalent engineering designation is desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, specifically in the construction of battery plants or pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from preconstruction to completion.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality management, as evidenced by previous work on projects adhering to strict safety guidelines and quality standards.
