Key Responsibilities- Provide superior customer service to clients and the public
- Greet customers and assist them with the use of our services
- Make public announcements regarding train difficulties and delays
- Administer the Lost & Found
- Perform random fare validation checks and passenger counts
- Monitor stations for vandalism, maintenance, and safety concerns
- Keep station conditions clean, presentable, and safe
- Maintain equipment and inventory
- Liaise with law enforcement when necessary
- Investigate and document incidents promptly and accurately
- Respond to building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
- Report to the Site Supervisor and Operations Management for further duties as necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel to various sites with your own vehicle
- OFA 1
- Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
- Fluent English written, verbal, and reading skills
- Demonstrated interest and experience in serving the public
- Positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
