This role is part of our Diabetes Care Division, where we're revolutionizing the way people manage their health with life-changing products and technologies.
Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Marketing Professional, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing external agencies, and working closely with sales teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual marketing plans and assist with the development of the ADC marketing plan.
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing activation, including digital, social, TV, and website activation.
- Manage external agencies to deliver marketing programs and promotional materials on-time and on-budget.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Three to five years of product/brand management experience within pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or diabetes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge of the Diabetes and Healthcare markets and the ability to effectively interface with sales teams, external and internal customers.
- Ability to anticipate market changes, input on product strategy, and develop and implement launch programs that drive business objectives.
- Strong administrative and communication skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
