We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Process and stock fashion merchandise, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Contribute to visual merchandising by merchandising non-modular fashion items and ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used.
- Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
- Participate in daily tasks and seasonal arrangements to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
