Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic data analytics practice to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Work with territory and campaign data to derive insights and investigate complex business problems using a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis, and visualization techniques and tools.
  • Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Effectively communicate results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development, improvement, and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growth.
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.
  • Experience in data visualization with proficiency in tools such as Tableau.
  • Effective process/project management skills and the ability to navigate and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including SAS, SQL (Teradata), etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS or Google.
  • Telco experience is considered an asset.
