The Role

The chosen candidate for the Senior Application Developer (.Net, Angular, Azure) role will be a key player in our development team's triumph. You will lead and motivate a team of skilled developers, steering them towards delivering top-notch software solutions. Your main objective is to nurture a collaborative and productive development environment, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with utmost quality. As a Development Team Lead, your responsibilities include defining the technical direction, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous enhancement in our development processes.

Our Stack

Our front end utilizes Angular while our back end consists of a microservices-based API system on the latest .NET Framework 6+. We embrace industry-standard RESTful API design principles and regularly update our services with new .NET versions. Our architecture heavily relies on serverless technology, making extensive use of various Azure services like App Services, Functions, Cognitive Search, Service Bus, and Active Directory. The backbone of our data storage is Microsoft's NoSQL database - Azure CosmosDB. We adapt our technology choices based on project requirements and our profound technical knowledge.

What You'll Do
  • Develop end-to-end software products and features for the recruitment industry.
  • Create scalable systems focusing on performance and security.
  • Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Perform code promotion for each sprint and refine the process.
  • Ensure team adherence to best practices through code reviews and architectural decisions.
  • Identify and address code issues effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with team members in an agile setting, guiding new and existing members.
  • Work closely with the product team on feature discovery and development.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for coding and software development.
  • Infuse innovation and creativity into your work.
What You'll Bring
  • Over 7 years of experience in Full Stack web application development.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, etc.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Passion for innovation and idea implementation.
  • Comfort with Enterprise applications and distributed systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and software development fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribution to coding standards and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
