Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong marketing background.

Duties:

Formulate sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets and objectives

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and traditional advertising

Generate leads to expand the customer base

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also cultivating new relationships

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of products or services and addressing any objections

Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

-Track sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment and coherence in company goals and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years experience in retail sales/marketing
  • Master's degree in business/marketing
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients
  • Knowledgeable about market and industry trends
  • Proficient in data analysis for sales forecasting
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM software for client relationship management
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions
  • Creative problem-solving skills for sales challenges
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
  • Comfortable with budget management and ROI analysis
  • Awareness of legal and ethical considerations in marketing and sales
