Job Title: Senior Specialist

The MMC Corporate team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team in Toronto. This role will primarily focus on managing workflow automation projects, with the possibility of extending to manage other technology projects in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with MMC Tech teams and function teams to execute process automation projects.
  • Follow the Agile SDLC methodology for implementing IT projects.
  • Coordinate activities amongst MMC Tech teams and function teams as required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience with workflow automation technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodology of software development life cycle.
  • Technical knowledge, software and database upgrade knowledge is a plus.
