Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for spare parts sales, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide Technical Advice and Support

Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding spare parts, responding to customer inquiries, providing quotations, and following-up on sales leads.

  • Negotiate and Close Sales Deals

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets, following-up on inquiries from customers regarding the status of their orders.

  • Process Customer Orders

Process customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts, coordinating with the logistics team to manage inventory and the shipment of spare parts.

  • Manage Spare Parts Processes

Manage and track spare parts processes, printing off required drawings for preparing quotes and folders for spare part orders.

  • Monitor and Track Order Status

Monitor and track order status, communicating updates to customers, and preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of Three to Five Years Experience

Minimum of three to five years experience in technical sales, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is an asset.

  • Ability to Read and Interpret Mechanical Engineering Drawings

Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings is a must.

  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Exceptional Interpersonal and Written Communication Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills to convey and receive technical information.
