Our Moncton, NB, location is seeking a Warranty Administrator.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for...

  • Ensuring smooth operations related to warranty claims and processing
  • Reviewing claims from customers, verifying their eligibility, maintaining accurate and complete records
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and supporting customer throughout the process
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing products and expediting orders
  • Handling inventory and managing returns efficiently
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely product availability
  • You will collaborate with our Outside Sales team by supporting and assisting in exceeding our customers needs

Qualifications

  • High School education
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a great work ethic
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of plumbing, heating, or HVAC products would be considered an asset
