Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Valet Associate to join our team at W Montréal. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, providing clear directions and information about our amenities and services.
  • Inform guests of local areas of interest and activities, helping them to make the most of their stay.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for our guests.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage, and providing directions to local attractions.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about our services, including transportation options and parking procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
