About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing nursing care to residents with physical, mental, and intellectual needs
- Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assessing and addressing symptoms and changes in residents' conditions
- Supervising licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
- Participating in recreational programming and activities to promote residents' well-being
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience an asset
