We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our team in the Americas Region. As a key member of our Cost and Risk Advisory team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice on cost, risk, and project delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand project scope and impact
  • Develop and implement cost estimation, scheduling, and risk management strategies
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Strong experience in infrastructure project development, procurement, construction, and delivery
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
