Job Description

AZ Drivers

We're looking for AZ Licensed Trailer Drivers at our Walker Aggregates Division - Hanover location. The salary range is $ $36.00 an hour.

The purpose of this position is to ensure that delivery of materials is completed as required by dispatch in a safe and efficient manner. Your work means we ship a high-quality product every time, and is essential to our and our customers' success.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete proper pre/post operation circle checks
  • Always operate truck in a safe and legal manner obeying all traffic laws, hours of service and load restrictions
  • Responsible for delivery of concrete to various job sites and/or customers
  • Responsible for delivery of aggregate material/asphalt to various job sites and/or customers
  • Ensure trucks are maintained on a weekly basis including greasing as per PM procedures
  • Work with construction supervisors and/or customers when on a job sites
  • Always use company mandated safety equipment
  • Ensure all company required paperwork is completed accurately and submitted daily

Qualifications

  • Valid AZ Driver's License
  • Clean abstract and CVOR
  • Must have previous experience operating trailer trucks
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying types of weather
  • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
