Exceldor Cooperative is the exclusive manufacturer and marketer of BUTTERBALL branded products in Canada. Famous for BUTTERBALL turkeys, Exceldor Cooperative has brought a range of innovative products to market including Turkey Bacon, Turkey Franks and an array of high-quality deli items.

**Main Duties**:

- Transport trucks and trailers from barns to live hang area
- Accurately weigh full loads and empty trailers using the truck scale
- Drive and position truck/trailer on the hoist for unloading
- High pressure wash empty trailers to meet H.A.C.C.P. specifications.
- Sweep and shovel off the scale throughout the shift
- Perform duties of Live Hanger in a relief capacity as required (includes: Unloading live birds from trailers and place on the line, Monitor for animal welfare conditions; ensure human handling practices are followed at all times, Utilize safe lifting techniques and work practices, lifting 18kgs +)
- All other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- AZ license and/or experience driving trucks and trailers preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of food safety
- Successful completion of Animal Welfare training
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (including lifting 18kgs +)

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday, 4:45am - 3:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.36-$23.74 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hanover, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- AZ License (preferred)
