Visuals Manager

Weishaupt Design Group is a portfolio of businesses dedicated to design, headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We are seeking a full-time Visuals Manager to join our team to creatively support various showrooms throughout North America.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Director, Marketing, collaborating directly with the marketing team to execute timeless aesthetics and displays within our showrooms. As a Visuals Manager, you will understand the importance of attracting our target demographic through flawless space planning and visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic vision and tactical plans for the overall approach to preparing visuals
  • Design presentation of showroom and display spaces, including layout of furnishings, lighting, and accessories
  • Prepare floorplans for all showroom displays and maintain accuracy when inventory moves occur
  • Render showroom plans for special events as needed
  • Assist the sales team with floorplans and rendering proposals for client projects
  • Promote products and services through visuals at events and PR initiatives
  • Strategize functions to improve efficiency in executing space planning and visuals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to establish strategies that drive sales that are in line with Avenue Road values and branding
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, with a preference for those with industry experience
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of merchandising, space planning, and visuals
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Rendering
  • ERP Software experience (SAP Preferred) – an asset
