Visuals Manager Job Description

Weishaupt Design Group, a portfolio of businesses dedicated to design, is seeking a full-time Visuals Manager to support our showrooms throughout North America. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketing, to execute timeless aesthetics and displays within our showrooms.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic vision and tactical plans for preparing visuals, designing presentation of showroom and display spaces, and preparing floorplans for all showroom displays. You will also assist the sales team with floorplans and rendering proposals for client projects, promote products and services through visuals at events and PR initiatives, and strategize functions to improve efficiency in executing space planning and visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive visual strategy for our showrooms
  • Design and implement visually appealing showroom displays and layouts
  • Prepare accurate and detailed floorplans for showroom displays and special events
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective proposals and presentations
  • Promote our products and services through engaging visuals and events
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in space planning and visuals
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the design industry
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising, space planning, and visuals
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Rendering, and ERP Software (SAP preferred)
Key Competencies
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to make effective decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
