Compensation: Commission Based
Location: Fully remote; open to candidates across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through warm calling, leveraging your sales skills to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to articulate the unique value of our life insurance products, tailored to meet the diverse needs of prospective clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention, while also seeking opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in sales or customer service is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proven capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional Requirements:

  • A professional life insurance license (HLLQP) is required to sell insurance. Candidates must be willing to invest in obtaining this license.
