Job Responsibilities/duties:

  • Reviews quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions.
  • Produce reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials.
  • Assist in the design and development of quality assurance and metrics architecture roadmaps/systems.
  • Uses developed knowledge of the company, processes, and customers to solve a range of atypical problems using analyses to create possible solutions. Proposes improvements to processes and methods.
  • Perform basic functional testing and contribute to automation and performance plans.
  • Solves a range of routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Job Qualifications

  • College level program in computer science or a related field
  • ​Over 1 year of experience in quality assurance and metrics architecture processes.
  • Over 1 year of experience using recognized test methodologies, tools, frameworks and techniques
  • Experience working with one or more high-level programming languages (including TESTCAFE, POSTMAN, GITHUB, JENKINS, POWERSHELL and KANBAN) or technologies and understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience developing effective design and use of different types of testing.
  • Experience in test management, change and environment management and accurate reporting on software quality.
