We are seeking a licensed lawyer or attorney specializing in wills & estates to collaborate with us as an external consultant within our ClearEstate Independent Attorney Network (CEIAN). This role is not a full-time position and workload will be project-based.
CEIAN is an exclusive lawyer Attorney Network in North America dedicated to wills, estates, and probate attorneys. Join us in revolutionizing the trust office of the modern era.
ClearEstate has been providing technology-driven services since 2020, streamlining estate planning and settlement processes. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive tech-enabled service to ease the complexities of estate planning and settlement.
What we provide
- No membership fees;
- Transparent legal fees covered by ClearEstate's clients;
- Expand your clientele without costly marketing expenses;
- Flexible hours and remote work options;
- Time-saving features such as autofill and one-click submissions for enhanced productivity.
Main duties
- Create estate planning and settlement documents;
- Assist executors with probate applications and filings;
- Support executor responsibilities both on and off the platform.
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 3 years' post-bar admission experience;
- Proof of standing with the relevant Bar Association;
- Malpractice insurance meeting legal requirements;
- Proficiency in tech and customer service;
- Once approved, lawyers are connected with clients.
